Here are some great recipes!

First off we want to try and use the oils to
help with our "healthy" eating.
So instead of just adding oil to a regular recipe,
WHICH WORKS TOO!
Let's think outside the box and use the oils
with some yummy recipes that are also
healthier for us. See below for some ideas.

SUGAR - Great Yummy Sweetness but also not very
good for us. Sugar is what makes us want to eat and eat.
It also is key in breaking down our immune system
so it is easier to get sick. Cutting down on your sugar
intake is a great way to start getting and feeling better
along with using the oils to boost our immunes.

Sugar substitutes - You can use Raw Honey, Coconut Sugar, or Maple Syrup to name a few.
Also in place of eggs you can also try applesauce, chia seeds or flaxseed.

Who loves OATMEAL!!!

There are so many ways to eat
oatmeal but you gotta try
a drop of Cinnamon essential oil the
next time you make a bowl.
You will be amazed by the taste.

Other Ideas:
Add dried cranberries for an
extra pop of taste.
Cut up fresh apples and add them to
your pot as you cook your oats.

Pictured above: Old Fashion Oatmeal with walnuts, dried blueberries,
agave nectar and a drop of cinnamon essential oil.
*I've actually got a little oil on my fingers putting the cap back on and
so I just rubbed the oil on my back or where I was sore. It works great!
It smells great too as you go througout your day.

Rolls, Bread & Cakes
Try adding some essential oils before
while you are kneading bread
Citris oils like wild orange or lemon are great
or try cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger.

Peppermint Fudge
1-1/2 cups coconut oil
1-1/4 cups Agave nectar
1 cup organic cocoa powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 scrapped out vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla
1-2 drops peppermint essential oil

Directions:
Warm coconut oil till liquid, blend ingredients till smooth.
Pour into a pan & refrigerate till set. Cut & serve.
**I used a glass pie pan and noticed it setup and tasted great
but there was a lot of agave nectar on the bottom that didn't
setup with the rest. It still made a lot of Fudge. I would suggest
scooping out the fudge that sets and reuse the nectar in another
batch or pour over another dessert. It will already have a hint of the
peppermint and chocolate in it. Yum.

Kale chips
Wash & dry kale then tear leaf parts into pieces.
In a bowl mix 2 Tbsp olive oil, Salt & pepper,
2 drops
lemon oil or wild orange - orange tasted better,
or parmesan & garlic powder vs essential oil
or cumin & cilantro for an Italian twist.
Directions:
Add in pieces of kale and coat them all over.
You may have to make more batches of
oil blend above for a lot of kale.
Place on a cookie sheet one layer and bake for 1 hr on 200.
Take out & serve or put in air tight container.
**I baked mine a little longer but don't increase the temp
to get them to bake faster. They won't come out the same.
Also, I made the oil mixture added it to the kale then
waited over an hour or more to bake it and it didn't come
out very good at all. The taste was so strong.
I recommend waiting to add the oil to the kale until you are
ready to put them in the oven. Lesson learned.
