I'm Pregnant!!!

It is a very exciting time in the life of the mother.
Sometimes also scary.
We want the best for our baby before
and after they are born.
When I found out about the
oils I was pregnant with my second child.
I will say that DEEP BLUE was my favorite
and still is to this day. I made up a roller ball bottle
of coconut oil and deep blue and took that with
me to the hospital. Anytime my back or stomach hurt
I used the oil and it helped me so much. I also wasn't
big on taking all the pain meds so instead used the
Deep Blue and it worked great.

Remember everything we put onto our skin also
goes into our body through our bloodstreams.
Also, things we smell and breathe in directly affect us.
When they say try not to breathe in nail polish fumes,
paint and other fake smells there is a good reason for that.
That’s why we trust one brand for our children because
they are so thoroughly tested to be free of
pesticides, fillers and contaminants.

Tips for Mommy to Be

Feeding Chart
Instead of large one from
hospital. This one works great
with a mini clip board.

Essential oils are great to use while pregnant.
Use onguard on your feet to help
boost your immune system.
For your digestive system use Digestzen blend.
They are safe during and after pregnancy.

To keep yourself upbeat try wild orange or
citris bliss in a diffuser daily.
You will love how your mode is always more upbeat.

Used reasonably most essential oils are safe for pregnancy.

Avoid: Anything with “fragrance” as
this is a synthetic chemical and toxic.
So instead of perfume, choose a favorite
essential oil to carry with you through
the day, instead of lotion choose coconut oil with an essential oil added in, instead of commercial air freshener make your
own with your oils and instead
of burning candles (which make the air
you breathe toxic), choose a diffuser with
essential oils instead! You will feel great
and it wil benefit your baby.

Parents Prayer

They are little only once Lord, Grant me the
wisdom and patience to teach them to follow in your
footsteps and prepare them for what is to come.

They are little only once Lord. Make me take the
time to play pretend, to read or tell a story; to cuddle.
Don’t let me for one minute think anything is
more important than the school play, the recital, the
big game, fishing, or the quiet walk hand in hand.
All too soon Lord they will grow away and there is no
turning back.  Let me have my memories with no regrets

Please help me be a good parent, Lord. When I must
discipline - let me do it in love, let me be firm, but fair;
let me correct and explain with patience.

They are growing away Lord. While I have the chance
let me do my best for them.  For the rest of our lives,
please Lord, let me be their very best friend.
